What data this website collects

This website is a static site. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or contact forms that store data on the server.

If you email me, I will receive whatever information you choose to include in your message (such as your name, email address, and the content of your enquiry).

How I use your data

I use contact information only to respond to enquiries, arrange an initial conversation, and provide therapy services if we agree to work together. I do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

For enquiries, I process data based on legitimate interest in responding to potential clients. If we enter a therapeutic relationship, processing is based on the performance of a contract and, where applicable, your consent.

How long I keep data

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the referral process. Therapy records are kept in line with professional and legal requirements, including BACP ethical guidelines.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security

I take appropriate steps to protect personal data, including secure handling of email and therapy records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Third parties

Your email provider and mine will process messages in transit. If we work together online, sessions may take place via a video platform; I will explain which service is used and its privacy implications before we begin.
